Joni Babineaux

Joni Babineaux is a seasoned financial professional with over two decades of accounting, financial, and tax expertise in both public accounting and the healthcare industry.  She has extensive leadership experience in providing insights as well as concrete action plans to accomplish corporate initiatives. Her proclivity toward growth and integration and her relationship building skills make her an effective change agent. Joni has developed and led multiple accounting training programs and has been instrumental in developing up and coming talent throughout her career.

Prior to joining Core Clinical Partners, Joni served in the healthcare space for over a decade, most recently as Vice President of FP&A and Financial Operations at Oceans Healthcare, a nationally recognized provider of behavioral health services.  Earlier in her career, she worked as Vice President of Accounting & Tax at LHC Group, a publicly traded company where she led the accounting group as the company matured from $500M in annual revenue to over $2B and as tax manager for Stone Energy, a publicly traded oil and gas corporation after spending her early career career in public accounting with an income tax focus.

Joni earned her bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Southwestern Louisiana. She is a certified public accountant and a member of both the Society of Louisiana CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. Joni has served on the Board of Directors for multiple non-profit organizations and is actively involved in her community.
